“Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” (2026)
“Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” is a worthy sequel to the original 2019 movie, further cementing Samara Weaving as a star.

The sequel picks up right where the original left our heroine, Grace (Weaving). She is in the hospital after surviving a gruesome night with her now-dead in-laws as part of their family’s long-lasting (and literal) deal with the Devil.
Her estranged sister, Faith (Kathryn Newton), is summoned to the hospital, and things quickly turn sideways again as other influential families tied to the Devil narrow their sights on the sisters as part of a clause on their demonic deals.
Turn-of-the-millennium teen stars Elijah Wood, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Shawn Hatosy make memorable additions to the cast as some of the folks involved with this unholy communion. Renowned director David Cronenberg also makes a short but intriguing appearance as the father of Gellar and Hatosy’s characters.
Like 2019’s “Ready or Not,” the sequel strikes just the right mix of nasty and hilarious. Weaving could’ve handled it all on her own, but these new additions (including Newton) make it all the more better.
