“The Death of Robin Hood” (2026)
While I am always fascinated by alternate takes on beloved stories, “The Death of Robin Hood” ultimately feels wholly unnecessary.
Turning an admired folk hero into a brute who goes after what he deems is right at the cost of any and all lives (including children) seems like a huge swing.
Hugh Jackman’s performance as the titular character is definitely the high point of a movie I cannot otherwise recommend.
